We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
All decisions and actions arising from our services remain the responsibility of the Owners Corporation / Body Corporate committee.
2. No Professional Advice
- Information or materials provided by Strata On Demand are for administrative assistance purposes only.
- Any statements made in meeting documents, correspondence, or discussions should not be interpreted as legal, financial, or technical advice.
- Committees should obtain independent legal, financial, or technical advice before making any decisions.
3. Instructions from the Committee
- All work is undertaken on written instruction from the committee (via email or other documented communication).
- Strata On Demand is not responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, or legality of instructions provided.
- Committees are responsible for reviewing and approving all documents before circulation, submission, or filing.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strata On Demand is not liable for any loss, damage, or cost (direct or indirect) arising from:
- Errors, omissions, or delays in documents prepared on instruction
- Misinterpretation of information by third parties
- Actions or decisions taken by the committee or individual lot owners
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service.
5. Contractor & Supplier Coordination
- When coordinating quotes, work orders, or service providers, Strata On Demand acts as an administrative facilitator only.
- Selection of contractors, acceptance of quotes, and oversight of work remain the sole responsibility of the committee.
- Strata On Demand is not responsible for the performance, pricing, compliance, or outcome of any contractor or supplier engaged.
6. Document Use
- All templates, agendas, minutes, and correspondence prepared by Strata On Demand are intended for internal use by the committee.
- It is the committee’s responsibility to ensure documents meet all statutory, compliance, and legislative requirements applicable in their state or territory.
7. Indemnity
The committee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Strata On Demand from all claims, actions, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Committee instructions
- Committee decisions
- Third-party reliance on documents prepared by Strata On Demand
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by NSW legislation.
